We process your information based on the following legal grounds: (a) performance of the contract between us (providing the Services); (b) our legitimate interests (improving the Platform, information security, and fraud prevention); and (c) compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
1.2 Children's Privacy (COPPA): The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that such information was collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

- ● Secure access controls and authentication protocols.
- ● Periodic system backups to prevent data loss.
However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a security incident where personal information is exposed and there is a concern for your rights, we will act in accordance with the law and notify the relevant users and authorities within the timeframes required by law.
